Any recommendations for a good backpacking trip in Ventana Wilderness?

I’m looking to do a weekend backpacking trip in the Ventana Wildeness. I’d like to find a scenic trail (maybe 5 miles one way) and nice place to camp. I’m not looking for a crowded, overused campground. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
